Eligibility for Promotions Unless stated otherwise promotions are open to residents of Jordan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry Participants may be required to present valid identification such as a Jordanian ID or passport to verify age identity and residency if they are selected as a winner Entries from outside Jordan or from minors will not be eligible to win unless the specific promotions rules explicitly allow it in which case parental consent for minors would be required Each person is generally limited to one entry per contest unless multiple entries are expressly allowed in the contest rules Use of automated entries or participation through fake accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification

Prize Details Prizes for each promotion will be described in the contest announcement for example specific products gift baskets vouchers experiences etc Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless we explicitly allow it in writing We reserve the right to substitute a prize or a component of a prize with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available or circumstances make it necessary to do so Any images of prizes in promotional materials are for illustration only the actual prize may vary slightly for example in model color or variant Winners are responsible for any taxes fees or additional costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize to the extent required by Jordanian law Valletta will not be liable for any loss or damage to prizes once delivered to the winners if the prize is a physical item we will ensure it is handed over or delivered in good condition

Winner Notification and Prize Claim Winners will be notified via the contact information they provided when entering for example by email phone call or via direct message on the social platform used for entry We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner If a winner does not respond to the notification within the time frame specified in the contest rules or within 7 days if not specified or if the contact information provided is invalid or unreachable we reserve the right to disqualify that winner In such cases an alternate winner may be selected or the prize may be forfeited or used in a future promotion at Valletta’s discretion Before being declared an official winner a selected entrant may be required to verify their eligibility and/or complete certain documents for example signing an affidavit or declaration of eligibility a liability release and where lawful a publicity release If the winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements or refuses to sign required documents we may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner

Publicity and Marketing By participating in a Valletta contest you understand and agree that if you are the winner Valletta may use your name likeness eg photo and any contest submission content such as a recipe image or slogan you provided for promotional purposes We will do this without any further compensation to you except where prohibited by law For example we might announce the winners name on our Site or social media or showcase a winning entry Contest participants may also be asked for a brief quote or story about their experience for marketing providing this is optional but winners are encouraged to share their love for Valletta products All such use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Jordanian law

UserGenerated Content and Conduct

Our Site may allow users to interact with content in various ways such as submitting contest entries recipes photos stories etc posting comments or reviews or participating in forums or social media discussions hosted by Valletta When you submit any content or interact on our Site or official pages you agree to the following rules and policies regarding UserGenerated Content

Termination of Use

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us
